Ergolite Foam™ The lightest weight foam available. This unique buoyant foam doesn't retain water while keeping an ergonomic form with contouring characteristic. The Ergolite material has both compression and tensile elasticity which creates a vest that fits each person with a custom feel.

Flowlite™ A unique new outer envelope material replaces neoprene. Unlike neoprene, Flowlite allows water to flow right through the material, which means that vests using this material have no need for water drains. Also, Flowlite is extremely light weight, creating the lightest non-molded, fully flexible vests made. Finally, Flowlite imitates the comfortable elastic feel of a neoprene vest, as the material has amazing elasticity.

Hidden Hinge The hidden hinge works by having one thin foam panel as the surface panel, and a second, thicker segmented panel sewn internally underneath to create a segmented hinge. This allows more movement than bulkier CGA vests, providing a clean front and back surface for enhanced comfort, design and function.

LRS Technology Lumbar Reinforcement System - This was the first and it still works better than the rest. The system wraps around your midsection with integrated foam supports placed in the lower back area. By wrapping around the waist the system holds the lower back supports tightly for longer rides and less headache meds in the morning.

Perf-A-Prene™ This is a unique perforated neoprene material used only in our Rove Vest series. By perforating the neoprene material an ultra stretch outer envelope is created that can be stretched in all directions with out deforming. Also the perforation process creates a material that drains and breathes while you ride.

Wake Fleece™ Taking comfort to a new level, we have incorporated a water specific fleece material in combination with neoprene. The Wake Fleece material is used on the inside of the vest around the arm holes, chest, and neck hole to give more comfort in the areas where you move the most.

TCH II Line Latch Featured on all of the new TCH II handles. No more tangles! Our line latch allows the rider to keep their line with the handle when done with their runs.
